All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Material pricing, availability, and project scheduling are subject to change without notice.

Deposits are required to secure scheduling, labor, and materials. Once materials have been ordered, fabricated, delivered, or reserved for a project, the associated deposit becomes non-refundable.

Projects canceled prior to material ordering may be eligible for a refund of any unused funds, less administrative, design, permitting, consultation, and scheduling costs incurred.

Projects canceled after materials have been ordered, delivered, or work has commenced are subject to charges for labor performed, materials purchased, delivery fees, equipment costs, disposal fees, and other project-related expenses.

Due to the custom nature of landscaping, drainage, irrigation, lighting, paver, artificial turf, fencing, and outdoor improvement services, completed labor and installed materials are non-returnable and non-refundable once installed.

Plant material is a living product and is subject to weather conditions, irrigation practices, site conditions, pests, disease, acts of nature, and maintenance practices beyond the control of All Terrain Landscaping. Any plant warranty offered shall be governed by the specific terms provided in the estimate or contract.

The customer is responsible for maintaining proper irrigation, drainage, and care of all installed plant material and landscape improvements. Failure to properly maintain installed improvements may void any applicable warranty.

Customers are responsible for identifying known underground utilities, drainage systems, private wiring, invisible fencing, landscape lighting wiring, septic systems, and other concealed improvements not visibly identifiable prior to excavation. Utility locates should be requested through Sunshine 811 before excavation begins.

Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise specified in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional collection costs, administrative fees, and applicable interest as permitted by law.

Any concerns regarding workmanship, materials, or project completion must be reported in writing within seven (7) days of completion. All Terrain Landscaping reserves the right to inspect and, if applicable, repair covered workmanship issues before any third-party repairs are authorized.
